Food for Fines!!
The Lyons Twp District Library is holding a fundraiser to settle overdue library fines and collect items for the Muir Food Pantry.
Bring in a nonperishable food item (example: can of soup) or an unopened toiletry item (example: bar of soap) in exchange for up to $1 per item taken off your overdue fines, not to exceed $15 per account.
This does NOT include lost or damaged library material fines. All items brought in for this exchange will be taken to the Muir Food Pantry.
