Comfort Station Electric Project     -  A local resident and business owner has taken on coordinating a project to upgrade the electrical system to the Comfort Station in downtown Lyons.  This project will also provide permanent lighting to the monument and provide outlets for future community events.  This project has been underway and is now almost finished.  Thanks to many local volunteers and donations of supplies and money it will soon be completed.  To view photos of the Volunteer work day and downtown clean up, visit our album.
